Malak Abdullah is a Ph.D. student at Complex Systems lab of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA. Her supervisor is Prof. Mirsad Hadzikadic. She received her BS and MS degrees in computer science with excellent GPAs from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jordan. She worked as a full-time instructor at JUST from 2007-2015. Her research interests lie in the area of programming languages, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Algorithms, and Artificial Intelligent. She is currently investigating the sentiment analysis of social media field. She is working on different projects of extracting people‚Äôs opinions from twitter data in English and Arabic languages.
